Just recently applied, though I haven't moved in yet..I'll have to give my five stars simply for management. There was a lady, Tina who was subbing for one of the agents and was great and helpful as well as Dawn who I initially worked with. The manager Mark was absolutely the best and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The landscaping is beautiful and clean and though I don't like the mandatory valet trash fee all of the pros out weigh the very few cons.
