Must be able to pay deposit & admin fee of $150 per applicant, within 24 hours of signing lease. 8. If selected as a resident, the tenant is required to send virtual walk through pictures when requested, required every 4-6 months (similar to a landlord walk through) 9. We do not accept Housing Vouchers. 10. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet, $25/mo pet rent. Breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinschers, Chow, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Akitas, Siberian or Alaskan Huskies, Wolf-hybrid, Alaskan Malamute, or any combination or mix of these breeds. 11.
