Just moved in and I love it here. The people are friendly and tons of us have dogs! It looks just like the pictures online, it’s quiet, clean and the location is perfect. Walkability to restaurants, bars and shops. We have a gym, pool, coffee bar, a beautiful common area, which is the old Coca Cola bottling company! The history and beautiful old buildings in Fort Worth is amazing. Can’t wait to explore and learn more! There are lots of available old buildings! Was opening an online shop but my dream has always been to have a store front and I want to start a Non profit for women facing homelessness. Perhaps a combination of the 2 could be on the horizon.

I must say I was a little hesitant about moving here, due to the reviews from others. However, I am happy that I followed my heart. I love it here, if something breaks, it’s fixed within a timely manner. Mr. Jay from the maintenance team is awesome. He is very respectful and helpful. He made sure all of my maintenance requests were completed!
