Welcome to Lanier Townhomes in beautiful Buford, Georgia! This charming community offers two-bedroom, one-bath, electric/gas townhomes with fully equipped kitchens. Each townhome is 750 to 800 sq. feet. Pets are welcome at the discretion of management, must be under 35 pounds, and cannot be a dangerous breed. We’re located minutes from Lake Lanier marinas and beaches and walking distance from Buford shopping and restaurants. Stop by or give us a call today to set up a tour and move into this great apartment value!


Lease Terms
This community has a requirement of a credit score over 600 and a clean rental history/criminal background. Applicants must not have any outstanding landlord debt, unless paid in full prior to their move in date. Certain fees may apply, and $100 application fee will be applied to approved applicants’ security deposit. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
