If I could rate this apartment complex 10 stars I would! I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 2 years. Today I return my keys sadly but I can just The moment I applied for my apartment the staff at the time was honestly amazing! I can tell there was new staff coming in and even the new staff was very on top of everything! The two years I lived here the amenities were amazing from the pool, dog park,mail center and gym! I was here before the leasing office was renovated and I’m in awe with this place! The office employees, and staff and maintenance people were all so nice and friendly. The apartment it self I staying in a 1bed/1bath and it was a beautiful unit very spacious and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet a good place if you’re a single person or if you have a small family. All the neighbors were nice and the apartment sometimes throw little events for the residents and I’ve been to a few and everyone was all so nice! All I’m saying is if you would love a place to live Sugarloaf Summit is the place to be!
Me and my fiance have been living here for 6 months already and have been really happy. The office staff is amazing and quick to lend a helping hand. Apartments are well kept and clean. Also the common areas are well maintained.

Wonder place to live, neighbors are friendly and the leasing staff is amazing. Quiet and pet friendly.
Shan!!!!! I can't express my gratitude to her. She is the best!!!! Everything about her. Her customer service, her attitude and the experience she gives us living here. It's super awesome to greet her almost everyday, she always greets with her smile. Her personality is lovel and also very professional, everything my family needed since her being here has been dealt with promptness. Couldn't ask for better property management. Thanks for everything Shan if you are reading this.
I have to add this, my family and I have never been so pleased with this new management. They are the nicest, most understanding team I have seen. We have been here nearly 5years this new front office knows how to take care of their community. Katrina, gabby, zee,shan, I have never seen this inappropriate community before. They love their neighborhood. I express all gratitude to them. Smiles, laughter, love, they do it all. They are a very understanding team. It's unbelievable. Thank yall, yall made our experience here perfect.

I'm a long-time renter and have come across many companies but I haven't seen anything like this. Michelle was my agent and she exceeded my expectations by taking me as a walk-in, providing consistent communication, professionalism, and most of all, her humble and humility attitude. From seeing the actual unit, using Updater, move-in day, and the days afterward, I could not be any happier. Finally get to settle and live comfortably as a long-term resident at my new place! A nice perk is that you can just walk across the street to the mall!

Its a well secured place and everyone seems to be really nice , the atmosphere and ambience is really calm as well. The leasing agents are very respectful most especially Shanterious Linder ,she is very polite, friendly and radiates ally of positive energy
