I only had one maintenance request and it was handled quickly. Parking in this neighborhood is crowded, so it might be hard to have friends over. Keep in mind that the train track is not too far from here. Watch out when you leave! They will try to keep your security deposit. They charged me $145 to clean the kitchen, after I had already cleaned it. They also drummed up charges enough to equal the rest of my security deposit.
