I have lived here for 5 and a half years now. My children have grown up here, and being as there are only 24 units, it is nice in regards to that aspect. The owner likes to take care of the grass and loves having flowers for spring and summer, the pool is also always kept clean and treated appropriately. As far as the decks, they are old, paint is chipped, nails are sticking out and most of the decks have some rot. Repairs are not done in a timely manner, can take weeks maybe months, most of which they will have the on-site manager do the job. Our mailboxes have been broken into, cars have been broken into, and a Tennant who has suspicious "friends" come and go all the time. They'll wait by the mailbox or come into the wrong hallways looking for him. Most of us tenants have no updates, baseboard heaters, popcorn ceiling, box air conditioners and outdated linoleum. Community washer and dryers are extremely outdated. Washers liquid reservoir is left with mold, and thick caked remnants of detergent or fabric softener, ar the firm price of 2 dollars a moldy wash. And as the market changes, so has our prices, without any updates, or any sense of urgency or concern when it comes to leaks, mold, patching up drywall that was removed in shower ceilings. I used to pay 895 for my 2 bed 1 bath apartment here, I am now to pay 1185.
