Rent: $1445 + $95 WSG This spacious layout, paired with thoughtful upgrades and a prime location, makes it an excellent choice for comfortable living. We offer a 12-month lease option for our new move-ins. Application fee is $25 per adult when paid in the office/$30 per adult when paid online (has extra $5 processing fee) Deposit on this unit is $600+ depending on rental and credit history. We also have a non-refundable admin fee of $100. We allow pets up to 25lbs. There is a pet deposit of $500 for 1 pet and $750 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. We do not use recycled screenings. All our units are first come first serve basis.

I have read the reviews and there is more good than bad, which shows me that they are trying to clean this complex, I have talked to LaDean and Regina and they are very friendly walking thought the door. I have seen 2 units and they look really well kept. The grounds look clean and well manicured. I will be moving forward with my application and look forward to being a part of The Enclave of West Richland

The location is good and not too far from inner city which is perfect for me and they gave me a good rundown on the apartment. No place you stay in is going to be perfect solid, you can always find a reason to say something. Saying that, I have no issues and they made sure to not check me for anything that was there before I moved in. Great place and nice staff!
