AMAZING Apartments, and the property management is amazing as well, Meilani is the best manager I've ever had. The only warning here is that this part of kennewick has constant car prowlers and thieves walking through. The complex has cameras everywhere, but that will not stop a window from getting broken and stuff being stolen. So far, I've had a bicycle stolen, and my car messed with in the short few months I've lived here. Fortunately, the management has had the local PD patrol a lot more, so it's better now.

The units themselves are very spacious and pretty nice. So far plenty of parking. There’s quite a lot of families that live here. I will say so far the only issue is most, not ALL but most of the neighborhood kids don’t respect boundaries such as, looking in windows, climbing on the condenser units, playing on porches that aren’t their own and leaving trash all over the playground/grassy area. Other than that, its an alright place to be!
