As far as the actual apartment. They're not bad. They have a dishwasher. No in apartment laundry which was difficult only because we have a small child. But the office manager Michelle & our maintenance guy Nathan were more than 5 stars. They were prompt whenever we had a problem. Both of them are incredibly friendly. Loved getting to know them both.

I had a great experience working with Michelle to get a place at Pepper Tree and move in! She is extremely professional and quick to find a solution or answer for anything you need. Their maintenance crew is knowledgeable and great at what they do. Highly recommend Pepper Tree for a place to live.
