The common area has a coin operated washer and dryer. In the back yard is off street parking off the alley. Rent included water, sewer & garbage. The tenant is responsible for electric, cable/internet. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit as well as $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
