This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Self-service garage parking options are available in several of the parking garages by the building for approximately $15-17 per day or $125 per month. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in the heart of Nora, you’ll have access to unique restaurants and endless shopping. Take a short drive to Broad Ripple, and then visit the Fashion Mall at Keystone – the premier luxury shopping destination for the Indianapolis metro area and Indiana. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day, and the apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay.
