Parties, small gatherings, events, and filming are all prohibited. Extra guests and visitors not in your reservation are not permitted in the building or apartment under any circumstances without prior authorization. A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposely blocked or covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. Cleaners do a thorough inspection during each turnover. Any stains, odors from smoke or otherwise, or damages to furniture or appliances will be billed to you. Please wash your dishes before check-out. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to enter the apartment without prior consent to resolve the issue.
