A small dining table and a flat TV are perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in New York. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a small mirror, while the fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, oven, and kettle. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit for your convenience. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $350 per month).
