5 stars isn’t enough for this place!! Truly the best experience I’ve had when it comes to apartment rentals. The entire staff from Daphne, John, Bre, and Ashley all go above and beyond to meet your needs. I have lived in the Aria Apartments twice and Daphne made it so easy and smooth to move in each time. The only reason I moved out the first time was because I was deploying. As I left I let Daphne know I would be returning when I got back. She kept in touch with me and I was able to move back to an apartment the day I returned. John is always quick and so helpful when it comes to any issues within the unit and community. The location is the best, everything is within walking distance and makes for a nice evening stroll. If there is any place you’d want to stay in while in Fort Walton, the Aria is it!!!
