We had some trouble finding a place that’ll suit us but when we found this place we knew it was perfect. Beautiful place and extremely accommodating. Our experience with Natalia was amazing, she was very patient and helpful through our process of moving. I feel grateful to of found this place.

“Overall this is a very nice apartment complex. The amenities are nice, and the location is very convenient for military and civilians alike.it’s a quiet neighborhood and the service/maintenance are very professional with there jobs. Guaranteed 5/5

In my 3 years at Crosswinds Apartments, I had nothing short of amazing experiences, and made many lifelong memories with my children! The office staff; Bobby, Becky and Natalia, became family to me; They were always very accommodating through any season I was going through; any maintenance issue I had, they jumped right on it! When I wanted to transfer apartments from the first floor to the second, they made it happen in lightning speed and seamlessly! The grounds are always in prestine condition, as well as the units, showing that they truly do take pride and ownership in their managed property! They worked with me through every phase with nothing but empathy and compassion. As a single mom of two, I felt safe and secure living at Crosswinds. My boys spent hours in the pool, that was always clean, maintained and up to par, as well as the game room and gym! My dog throughly enjoyed the dog park and having that space to get her apartment life zoomies out with her neighbor dogs. My neighbors were all so sweet and always looked out for one and another, which was peace of mind and a comforting feeling. The location is perfect as you are right near all businesses and close to the main highways, making travel to downtown, Destin, Navarre, Crestview, Niceville and Freeport a super easy commute! The units are well kept, open, clean, and a functional design, utilizing every inch of space for storage! The screened in porch was one of our favorite extensions of our living space, allowing us to sit back and relax and have a nice breeze on cooler days throughout the home. It always was our pets little outdoor oasis, allowing both our cat and dog a secure area to sunbath and get fresh air without the fear of them getting loose. The kaba locks on the exterior doors were great for easy entry and not having to dig for your house key while having your hands full with groceries! And the option of renting a garage space was a fabulous option when in need of extra space. If you are looking for a quaint and comfortable place to live, check them out! Ive lived many places being prior military, and Crosswinds checked all of the boxes! Thank you for everything, Ms.Becky, Bobby and the maintenance team and office team, you truly made our experience the best it could be 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🫶🏼
