I disagree completely with the previous negative reviewer. Ive lived here for several years. Its a quiet complex. I never hear my next-door neighbors. I feel safe in my unit and the landlord is very caring about my well-being and maintenance is great with any issues and pest control is done regularly. The entire length of Bob Sikes Blvd from Gibson all the way past the James Lee intersection isnt great but these apartments sit back from the road. The police patrol Bob Sikes regularly so drugs and prostitutes are NOT an issue like the previous reviewer said. I wouldnt let a child walk down Bob Sikes blvd from the bus stop after school due to traffic and some shady trailer parks and I would use common sense and not go jogging the block at 2 a.m. for exercise by myself.....but this is anywhere in America. The actual apartments are wonderful....well insulated..my electric bill runs me $85-$90. My water is $38. Trash is included...and most importantly, lease rules/terms are actually enforced and abided by. I dont have to worry about neighbors smoking cigarettes and leaving them around or neighbors having crazy parties at night outside or tenants hanging up clothes outside and making the area look bad because the landlord is quick to make note of any lease violations. It makes our apartments nice, clean and I really love living here. Its a convenient location...5 minutes from walmart...winn dixie and restaurants on racetrack rd, etc. I would definitely recommend Bentley Parc!

I’ve been looking for a place to live for months in the fort Walton area. It was super hard to communicate with anyone at Aries apartments. Don’t bother calling you’re better off emailing and asking for a better number for contact. I had a woman named Heather help me. I was told firstly that I could have a small dog and that it was no issue. I was also told I could have a tour and I was given a date and time to come to the apartments. To my surprise nobody was there when I arrived for the tour.. I then called an Ashley who was the person I was supposed to meet. She had NO idea about this meet up and proceeded to tell me there’s nothing to show you and she could only give me the floor plan. (The floor plan that I can clearly see online) After this incident I was told by email I could get pictures of the available units. I never did receive any pictures.. so I inquired on them but was of course ghosted and never got a reply. Im desperate to get a place so I STILL called and left a voicemail for Heather. I got a call back and was told there are 2 one bedrooms available. I said great! The only thing that confused me was online it said no pets and I have my small dog that she originally said wouldn’t be a problem. When I asked about this she said “oh yeah no pets sorry”. She then told me there was a 3 bedroom available at palm coast bay that allows pets. 🤣 palm coast bay is a whole other apartment complex that is way pricier. I of course cannot afford this! My whole experience was an unorganized joke..if I couldn’t get ahold of someone just for this, good luck getting any help from them when you live there.
