Minimum credit score of 650 required. Applicants must not have any evictions, lease violations, unpaid rent, late payments, collections, or bankruptcies in the last 7 years. A high debt-to-income ratio may affect approval. If below 650, proof of liquid funds covering 6 months' ((it depends on number of months you rent)) rent is required along with additional month of security deposit. Monthly income must be at least 3x the rent, with verifiable proof such as pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns. 2 small dogs (upto 15 lbs, non-aggressive breeds - no cat please) allowed with $350 non-refundable fee each + $40/ month pet rent (per pet). Contact us if you have more than 2 pets, or if they exceed weight limit. We can figure out terms. Renter's insurance will also be required before move in.
