Hands down the best renting experience I've ever had! Owners are kind and communicative, their maintenance guy is AWESOME. Really the only downside is the lack of storage space, especially outdoors; balcony/patio is small and you can't really use it for storage. There are bike racks but they're the small/short kind and leave your bike exposed to weather and very visible from the street, so they're no good for a bike of any value.
