I was warming coffee in the microwave one morning this week. There was a brief flash, and the microwave stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request immediately, and I received a message that maintenance would check it out replace, if necessary. They came that afternoon and replaced it. I was very pleased with the response time, and the unit is working perfectly.
