It is on these heavy snow days that the warmth of the Preserve staff shines! Trevor got to work quickly to ensure the sidewalks and walkways were cleared and safe. He gave everyone a good morning greeting as they passed by. When you have a mobility situation - it makes all the difference. Stopped at the front office and Stephanie greeted me with a smile (she always does!) and offered a hot cup of coffee. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Coupled with the fact she has lived at the Preserve for several years and calls it her home makes a big difference when explaining a situation to her.
