Hands down the best renting experience I've ever had! Owners are kind and communicative, their maintenance guy is AWESOME. When we had issues with some appliances they took care of it promptly with no hassle or back-and-forth. The building is in a great location, walking distance to campus and pretty much everything in Old Town. We had a 2B "loft" unit on the third floor, it was spacious and overall great to live in. Nearby tenants were all chill, could hear them through the walls sometimes but everyone was good about respecting quiet hours. Really the only downside is the lack of storage space, especially outdoors; balcony/patio is small and you can't really use it for storage. There are bike racks but they're the small/short kind and leave your bike exposed to weather and very visible from the street, so they're no good for a bike of any value.
