Atrium Suites consists of 2BR/2 BA & 3 BR/3 BA apartments. We are located directly across the street from the CSU business school. To be any closer to CSU, you would have to live on campus. Residents can get a parking permit for $25 allowing you to park in our covered parking garage. There are no additional parking fees.

As someone with schizophrenia, I was initially hesitant to stay in a suite due to my condition. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this hotel. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of room to move around and relax. The decor was tasteful and soothing, with muted colors and soft lighting that didn't trigger any sensory overload for me. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. I appreciated the blackout curtains that helped me regulate my sleep patterns, which can be disrupted by my condition. The suite also had a separate sitting area with a comfortable chair and a desk, which provided a quiet space for me to gather my thoughts and engage in creative activities. One of the best features of the suite was the bathroom. It was immaculate and well-maintained, with modern fixtures and a spacious shower. The hot water was consistent, and the water pressure was just right, which helped me relax and feel refreshed. The hotel staff was understanding and accommodating, and they respected my privacy when I needed it. They were also knowledgeable about mental health concerns and provided me with the support I needed during my stay. The only reason I didn't give the suite a full five stars is that the walls were a bit thin, and I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms, which can be triggering for me. However, overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable, and I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.
