Living at these apartments since August has been a generally positive experience. The new management seems very attentive and communicates well with tenants. I only wish we had a balcony!! Having a private bathroom is a huge plus and the smaller number of tenants (compared to places like The District) also makes for a positive living experience.

We lived here for about 2.5 years and had a great experience from start to finish. The managers Brad and then Jake were easy to reach out to and the maintenance guy Tori is amazing. The quality of the building was great with regular hallway, parking lot, and public areas getting cleaned. Maintenance was always quick and painless. The location is perfect for walking to CSU and it's close to old town as well.
