North Santa Monica is one of the most desirable hoods in the area, with beautiful homes, clean air and tree lined streets. Close to the nightlife in Venice, Santa Monica and Marina Del Rey. A lovely 15 minute bike ride to Santa Monica Beach with a bike lane the whole way. The bungalow was rebuilt using all eco-friendly materials and finishes. We use non toxic cleaning and laundry products. Everything is done with an eye to sensitivity and comfort. When you arrive, there will be no chemical bleach smell, no laundry “fresh scent”. We use eco friendly allergy free light lavender essential oil laundry soap. •Super fast internet •Queen bed room has super comfortable queen size luxury mattress. •Living room has lovely vintage curved windows looking onto the front lawn, surrounded by native foliage and a view of the country club •Casual dining nook opposite kitchen seats four comfortably. •Hardwood floors throughout, tile in bathroom. •Laundry room with coin op washer and dryer •Large fridge and freezer •Coffee maker and electric kettle •Plenty of street parking, no permits required. Do check the signs on our street an everywhere in LA for "street cleaning" times, you WILL get a ticket if you violate the posted signs. •This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We provide: •Linens, towels, robes and beach towels •A full kitchen with pots and pans, tableware and cooking basics (coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, etc.) •Shampoo, conditioner, soap •Two adult beach cruiser bikes (borrow at no charge, you fix them if they break) •There is plenty of free parking on the street, you must pay attention to the street cleaning times Friday and Monday 8-10am •Weekly cleaning •Wi-Fi high speed internet •All organic household with non-toxic cleaners. •Digital Map of nearby restaurants, Grocery stores, Bus stop, library, etc. •Menus of take out and delivery places, and local restaurants.
