When it’s time to play, check out our on-site playground or burn off some energy in our fitness center. For wind-down, relax in our picnic areas or swim a few laps in the pool. Options for outdoor entertainment extend beyond our community to the trails and open green space at 92nd Street Park, less than one mile away. I love my apartment! This view will keep me here for a long time and Even more I love the staff's spoiling attention to details and really care with gentle mindfulness they listen to each of their residence. Free kurig coffee keeps me coming back to these pretty cool ladies!

My husband and I moved here in March of 2024 and have had a really good experience so far. The place is pretty quiet and safe, has a nice park within a walking distance and I had no issues with any type of deliveries. The maintenance team is great and responds promptly to various requests.
