Walk-in closets, private balconies, and fireplaces are also available in select units. Around our pet-friendly community, indulge in an array of amenities. Break a sweat in our fitness center or take your wellness routine outside and breathe in the fresh air on one of the many nearby trails. Mill Creek offers premium access to public schools, including Silver Lake Elementary, Heatherwood Middle School, and Henry M. Jackson High School. When work or play requires travel outside the neighborhood, getting around is easy from our convenient location close to I-5 and the McCollum Park Park & Ride. I absolutely LOVE my new apartment. It is big, clean, and crisp with the new renovations. The community is lovely with lots of trees and beautiful places to walk. I also wanted to thank the team, especially Mahdi. He was extremely kind and made me feel right at home. He made me feel like we’ve known each other for a long time all ready! I really love this place and the people, so much that I’m writing a review, which I never do. Thank you Monterra for a great living experience where I plan to stay for a while =]

I love this place! Melissa the manager and Mahdi assistant manager made me feel very welcome to my new apartment right away. Melissa is very professional manger and experienced in this business . Mahdi is very friendly and knowledgeable about the place and know how to take care of residence needs in timely manner. Here they treat residence with respect and kindness. I defiantly, recommended this place :))))))
