This huge, basement apartment is perfect for someone wanting a quiet, secluded home in Crown Hill. The entrance is along the side of a house and into the private backyard. The basement has been completely finished out into a cute and large 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment. The property is located between Crown Hill and Blue Ridge, and is within blocks of QFC, Central Market, Trader Joes, & a bus line to downtown. Patio furniture in the backyard comes with the unit! Plenty of windows bring sunlight into the space. The backyard is literally private -- it is yours and not shared with the upstairs occupants. Very secluded and secure -- no one has to know you are back there! Step down a few stairs and through the front door and cast your eyes upon the absolutely huge, open room. Living room, dining room, and kitchen all share the same space and the open floor plan has this apartment looking larger than it is...and it is already quite large! The linear kitchen is just to the right as you walk in. A long counter provides ample space for preparing meals, and lots of cabinetry to store dishes and food. Appliances include fridge, electric range, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave. A fireplace at one end of the living room will provide ambiance, and can save on hotel bills if the power ever goes out. There is plenty of room for a media area as well as a regular living room.
