Alfred St. in the southern part of Old Town Alexandria. This area is characterized by intermingled townhouses and small garden-style apartment buildings, offering a unique living environment. Our community provides excellent off-street and on-street parking for residents and their guests. We are conveniently located just two blocks from a variety of restaurants, including Southside 815, Frankie's Kitchen & Cocktail Bar, and District Taco, as well as two coffee shops.
