It’s literally steps from Fred Meyer, the new Trader Joe’s, and Piper Village (boxing gym, climbing gym, spa, music center, etc.). Tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops right outside (my favorite being the Vietnamese coffee shop, Coffeeholic). Super walkable and transit accessible. I’m the second tenant to ever live in this unit and honestly hate to let it go, but I’m relocating out of state. I’ll pay for a professional deep clean before your move-in. The leasing office also works with cleaners if you want extra. Couple additional considerations: - I will be available to for a unit tour starting 8/13 and can pretty much do any date/time, but can coordinate with the leasing office to provide a tour of the complex before then if needed. Looking on the website, it looks like 2 units with the same layout are currently available, so they might be able to show you those before I'm available on the 13th. - I need to downsize as many of my belongings before my move so I'm open to negotiating some of the furniture if you're interested. Otherwise, it will be a completely empty unit. - Unfortunately I don't have any photos of my unit because I've been out of state for the last two months when the decision to move came up.
