This bright 15' x 14' 10" room features two large windows that fill the space with sunshine and offer a lovely garden view, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The room easily accommodates a bed, study table, and additional furniture. You'll share a kitchenette with one other tenant and enjoy private entry to the lower unit, direct backyard access, and convenient street parking. The location is ideal, just 0.6 miles from San Bruno BART, 0.3 miles from CalTrain, and 0.5 miles from popular restaurants and stores. Easy access to I-280 and 101 makes commuting convenient. Utilities (garbage, electricity, water) are approximately $70-$100/month. We require a $1500 security deposit and income of 3x the monthly rent. No pets or smoking are allowed.
