A small patio is outside the sliding patio door by the kitchen. Washer and dryer provided. Absolutely no smoking inside or out. Tenant will be responsible for electricity, gas, $35/mo flat fee for water, and all subscription services. Conveniently situated with quick access to HWY 69, shopping centers and eating establishment for urban living in downtown Overland Park.
