The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our Sanches Neighborhood. The Sanches neighborhood is located in the sunny eastern Presidio on a quiet, cul-de-sac. Offered at $6,500.00 per month, 788-E Vista Court is a 1960’s townhome with 4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and 1390 sq. ft. The home features a combined living/dining area, stainless steel appliances, separate laundry room, large storage closets, and a designated parking space. Presidio Wall playground is walking distance! We will have an Open House on Saturday, August 16th from 11am-12pm. We will offer the home to those showing interest immediately after the open house. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $6,500. Application fee - $46 per adult Parking permit for additional vehicles is $100 per month – 3 cars maximum Current pet vaccinations records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required (if applicable) We welcome two pets per household in every neighborhood. The pet deposit per pet is $500 and $75 monthly pet rent per pet. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria.
