The property sits on surrounding 25 contiguous acres with almost a mile of private trails that a tenant would have full access to, a private entrance to the newly opened Saluda Confluence Recreation Area, a public park with forty miles of hiking and mountain biking trails! LANDSCAPING INCLUDED!!! CURRENT SCHOOLS: Heritage Gordon Elementary, Northwest Middle, and Travelers Rest High PETS: Dogs and cats allowed. 2 pet max. 90 lbs or less.
