Pet(s) do not belong to any known aggressive breeds, and the pet(s) have not displayed any vicious tendencies (including, but not limited to, previous bite incidents, animal attacks, or other aggressive behavior), and any false statements regarding these matters shall constitute a substantial breach of the lease. Breed restrictions include those listed: Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-Hybrids, & any mix of those listed. Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community.

I lived here for 11 years. Rent was low in the beginning, but with new owners, it went WAY up. The air conditioner in the apartments is actually built into the ceiling of the downstairs kitchen, and it leaks horribly every summer. So you get water run off dripping right through the ceiling tiles and onto your oven and kitchen counter of about a gallon of water per day! I had to keep old pots under the drips and empty them every night. I told management, and they would send a worker to fix it, but the worker said it was just condensation and there was nothing they could do to fix it. There are mice and roaches as well. The landlord does an inspection once every 3 months or so. They only let you know 24 hours beforehand, so if you have to work a job the day before they come, you have very little time to clean up. Basically, they look for the general cleanliness of the apartments. No pets are allowed either. 😢
