At our community, we accept two pets per apartment and all pets must be spayed or neutered ahead of move-in. This is a very new and cleanly place to live with the most updated appliances. It is a very safe and friendly community. There are beautiful communal areas to hang out in. From the exterior to interior, everything is very modern, aesthetic and cozy. The front office staff is also always very attentive, helpful and kind! I would've stayed for here for a very long time if I didn't have to move states.

I want to address the negative reviews first: they reflect the previous management team, which has since been completely replaced. The new team as of early 2024, led by Amy, is fantastic. Amy, along with leasing staff Vraj and Erika, goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. While there are some issues like parking that stem from the original property design and is out of the current owners' control, the new owners (since May 2023) are working hard to improve things, and their efforts are noticeable. Furthermore, the trash situation recently improved astronomically by introducing valet trash service! This is quite an amazing and long-awaited improvement! Maintenance, led by Scott, is top-notch. He handles requests quickly—usually within 48 hours—with excellent quality. Having lived in several apartment communities over the past nine years, I can confidently say this is the best management and maintenance team I’ve experienced. My only complaint is the apartment size, but the excellent service and unit build quality more than makes up for it, which is what's keeping me here as long as I can possibly stay here. The team here truly cares and is always willing to help. If you have any concerns, just communicate with them—they’ll work with you until you’re satisfied. If you're looking for an apartment in Easley, SC, I highly recommend Farmhouse at Easley. The build quality is great, and any minor issues are promptly resolved.
