We absolutely love it here!! Clean, beautiful grounds, the dog parks are incredible and the layout of the apartments are so unique!! Cortni and Bella were the absolute bomb and we couldn't have done this successfully without them!! Trash is picked up at your door daily, I don't have to walk to a dumpster to drop off my trash but even if I did, I would feel safe doing so. I'm a night owl and it's so quiet and calm at night. We can't wait to participate in events held by the staff!!

I have been a resident of The Ridge at Perry Bend Apartments since November 2018. I love my apartment, it is so convenient to almost everything I need. The neighbors, I have made friends with some of the kindest people.
