I love the new apartment I transferred to. The people in the office are great and get things done. The maintenance team was quick to respond to my work orders. I didn’t have to wait like I did when Powers owned this place. The pools are down because they need new salt cells. Stuff breaks so i understand. The compactors have been replaced and work now. I think things are definitely getting better.

I don't understand why the hell they got rid of the trash compactor and replaced them with small dumpsters that hardly hold anything. With as many people that live here and how much trash accumulates, this was a stupid decision on their part. The trash is absolutely over flowing all over the road where the trash compactor used to be. This is absolutely ridiculous on their part just cause they want to charge $12 a month for trash service. News flash the trash people will not pick any of that trash up. It will stay like until it is cleaned up. Really, yall did not have a good idea on this one.
