Pet(s) do not belong to any known aggressive breeds, and the pet(s) have not displayed any vicious tendencies (including, but not limited to, previous bite incidents, animal attacks, or other aggressive behavior), and any false statements regarding these matters shall constitute a substantial breach of the lease. Breed restrictions include those listed: Akitas Chows Rottweilers Doberman Pinschers Pit Bulls American Staffordshire Terriers Wolf-Hybrids Any mix of those listed Reptiles, birds, amphibians, fish, rodents, arachnids, or insects are not permitted by occupants or guests within the apartment community.
