This was our personal home, and everything has been done to save you money on utilities. This home has new siding, roof, HVAC, brand new very nicely remodeled bathroom and touchscreen programmable thermostat to make sure you save as much as possible on utilities. Newer paint, carpet, bedrooms have all been updated heavily. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. All newer appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, front load high efficiency washer and dryer included. Kitchen has been slightly updated since the pictures! 2 minute walk to EVERYTHING downtown Overland Park has to offer! $1600/mo with $1500 deposit, and $300 pet deposit. No monthly pet fee for one dog! 25/mo for cats or multiple dogs. Background/credit check necessary, and we provide all information to take care of it.
