I’ve lived here for a little over a month and have to say I’m very happy with it. First off, Alexis the manager has been amazing! She’s really been helpful and stayed connected with me during my whole move in process. The complex is small and quiet, which is really in this part of town. It is centrally located to so many things, and I never have an issue finishing parking when I come home. The gym is in great condition, the pool is nice and relaxing and the dog park adds a nice touch. My neighbors so far have been great, they all seem friendly and peaceful. I have felt very welcomed here!

My husband and I recently signed to spend another year here at Edge DTC. We are very impressed with management (Alexis is phenomenal), facilities, and price. Everywhere in Denver is expensive, but Edge seems to be the best bang for your buck. We love using the gym and pool area, the area's landscaping always looks great, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any requests we have. Highly recommend!
