It will be available March 1, 2018 or possibly mid February 2018. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a living room, kitchen and breakfast nook. The house was built in 1926 and has lots of charm. Full use of the yard and one off-street parking spot. Your portion of the utilities (Gas, Electric, and WSG) are a flat rate of $200/mo. Internet can be split as well if you are interested but is not included in the $200/mo. The upstairs is 700 sq ft. I prefer single occupancy, as I will be occupying the basement, but will assess this on a case by case basis. I am looking for a responsible and respectful person who will respect my privacy and peace and will take care of my home. A locked metal storage shed can be shared with the owner in the backyard for some items. It is not weatherproof so it's not a good place for storing things that need a dry place. At this time, there is no washer/dryer in the unit. There are two laundromats nearby on 35th Ave and at some point I will be providing access to a washer/dryer, but unsure as to the timing of that or whether it will be during your occupancy. The unit is priced with that in mind. One year lease required. First, last, and deposit of $1250. No pets. (Last Updated: 2017-12-04)
