The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have private sunroom extensions that allow southern light to filter in all day. These windows also overlook the fenced-in yard full of fruit trees and mature vegetation. A one-car garage is located at the rear of the property and provides additional storage space. Additional outdoor living space can be found on the front porch which overlooks the sloping front yard and Fairmont Street. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum lease term is for one year. The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent.
