The Apartment: This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath aparment in La Vista Terrace Apartments on Franklin Ave between La Brea and Fuller Ave. It is walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and LA Fitness but far enough up the "hills" from Hollywood Blvd to be away from the hustle and bustle. It is a block or two from the entrance to Runyon Canyon if you enjoy hiking. Parking can be tough on the weekends with all the people parking in the neighborhood to be weekend warriors. Thankfully, we have a dedicated garage downstairs with two dedicated spots (not tandem). The bedroom window faces east Hollywood for a city view. Each bedroom has a dedicated bath and the front bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a east-facing balcony off the dining area. Building Amenities Include: - Heated rooftop pool/sundeck with views of the Hollywood Hills, Downtown and sometimes, on a clear day, the coast. - On-site gym and sauna with an elliptical machine, treadmill, various weighted machines and a selection of free weights. (This is closed right now due to COVID-19 order to shutdown all gyms). - A BBQ patio area with a gas grill and table at the atrium level (separate from the rooftop pool deck). - The dual-level garage is gated for tenants only with security cameras. - 2 washers and 2 dryers per laundry room on every floor of the building. - A secured mail room and a separate package room with dedicated access for UPS, USPS and FedEx. Amazon is spotty (as it depends on the Amazon service driver which they often contract out. They deliver to the package room, others to your apartment door and other times to the building lobby elevator table) - A dedicated building manager and various shared maintenance staff. - 2 parking spots are assigned to the apartment. They are singles. Other, newer residents have tandem spots even though they pay twice as much for "new" apartments since they have less seniority. - EV charging spots with Chargepoint J1772 chargers are being added to the property soon.
