Yes, this apartment building can offer you some decent amenities, apartments in good shape, and a fantastic location, however, the true gem of this place is the management. After renting for several years I don't think I've ever had as good of a property manager as Saylor. She knows just about everything there is to know about the building and can accommodate to your needs.

TLDR; Great location, responsive managenent; affordable; peaceful living I have been living in this apartment for almost a year now and here is my 2 cents on why you should live here: - Amazing location (behind streetcar, close to library, next to I70, consentinos, CVS, etc); walking distance to almost everything - Responsive Maintenance (the new management does take care of the residents) - The roof is amazing, especially in the summers - Great views of the city - People are friendly over here (I know my neighbors!) - Management hosts parties and get togethers (great for non KC-native people) Lastly, Kudos to Saylor, Gerry; Rob; and Madisen for everything.
