Location location location: quiet/safe street near Sancta Maria Hospital, kids play on this street and the street is excluded from commuter traffic, the apartment is within 10 mins walk to the great elementary schools of Belmont (Burbank, Wellington and Winn brook) and within 5 mins walk to upper middle/high school, yet it is as close to Cambridge as you can get while still remaining in Belmont. You may need to drive your kids to school if you live elsewhere in Belmont but not here. Less than a year old double oven, less than a year old microwave with best vent a microwave can have that vents to the outside, barely used dishwasher and garbage disposal, and a brand new refrigerator will be provided before tenancy starts, washer/dryer in great condition in the basement.
