Renters are responsible for all utility fees including garbage, water, electric, sewer, internet and similar. Applicants must pay $37.99 for screening fees. Screens are processed through MyRental. A valid government-issued ID is required for all adult occupants- failure to provide ID leads to denial. Additional information (anticipated length of tenancy, commencement date) may be considered. Offers/proposals (additional rent, deposit, extended lease term, qualified guarantors/co-signers) may be taken into account. All correspondence results in pre-screening, per RCW 59.18.257.
