In search of a roommate for one room in a two bedroom apartment on South St. & 7th starting June 1st. Living room & kitchen on first floor, 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom on the second. The room is large with a closet, window to the fire escape and a stained glass window. Central heating/AC, high speed internet, washer + dryer in unit, backyard patio accessible via fire escape. I've lived here for just under two years. My roommate moved out early so you would be replacing his spot until the end of July. Monthly rent is $695/room + utilities. The lease allows for roommate swaps (which is what this will be) meaning you would apply and then sign on for the remainder of the lease (2 months) with me. It is not a sublet although it can be just the two months. There also may be the opportunity to renew the lease. I am in my mid 20's and work for a Philly-based photography company. I keep the apartment clean, somewhat organized and do not smoke or have parties in the space. Looking for someone who will do the same. Utilities are shared as well as the cleaning/upkeep of common areas.
