Stainless appliances in the kitchen and a dining area off the kitchen. A half bath on the lower level too. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has it's own private bath and walk in closet, 2 other bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. Fenced back yard and a shed, and a 2 car garage Tenants responsible for all utilities, yard care and to maintain a renter's insurance policy throughout entire tenancy.
