Professionally landscaped yard with resort pool featuring a cascading waterfall with small grotto, firepit with seating, large patio table, BBQ and grassy turf for games! 2 car garage in a quiet neighborhood close to Kierland, Scottdale Quarter, Scottsdale Airpark and 101. Pool and landscape maintenance included in rent- tenant responsible for utilites. Also available partially furnished or unfurnished, please inquire for details. The owners recently spent over $10k upgrading and insulating the ductwork to maximize the efficiency of the brand new HVAC unit. This is a huge feature to have in an older rental home knowing you won't have to worry about the rooms not cooling down enough or having huge electric bills during our scorching hot summers! The pool has a thermal solar system to heat it in the winter but will only increase the pool temperature by 10 degrees - enough to take the chill off (it runs the water via a pump through solar tubes to heat the water). The landlords are willing to remove furnishings if requested. Please be aware that the third large bedroom is currently unfurnished, but the landlord has a full size bed with linens, nightstand, lamp and artwork if needed and is willing to accomodate reasonable requests. They are also in the process of selecting an upgraded sofa with chaise lounge and a photo will be uploaded to show the option soon. The garage has a newer second side by side fridge/freezer. Please refer to the documents tab for floorplan layout and dimensions. The landlords are local and very kind and responsive - they take a lot of pride in this home and it shows. You won't be dealing with a difficult and unresponsive property management company!
